Transformation

John Forbes preached on "The Road to Emmaus," Luke 24:13-35. Walking away from Golgotha with their faces downcast, the travelers had their focus in the wrong place altogether.

Rich and Pastor Joyce Swingle opened, and Pastor Randy Solomon prayed over the new church board.

A Happy, Happy Day!

Pastor Joyce Swingle preached on Matthew 28. Bill H. opened and read the scripture, and Liz H. put the Light of Easter in the perspective of the shadow of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. Pastor Randy Solomon read “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live,  and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die," along with the surrounding scriptures of John 11:1-44. He also brought the pastoral prayer. Trevor the Treasure Seeker (Rich Swingle) read the children's book "A Happy, Happy Day!"
