Gifts out of Control

Dr. Linda Warren preached on I Corinthians 14:20-40. She explains how the Holy Spirit brings the Age of Understanding, but if you drop control from self control and all you have is self. God created order out of chaos, so worship in chaos is not a reflection of God's nature.

If you don't have time for the full service you can hear Pastor Linda's testimony at www.WestchesterChapel.org/LindaWarren. To hear just the section during which she explains the passages addressing women covering their heads and being silent in worship visit www.WestchesterChapel.org/WomenPastors.

Pastor Jim Warren opened with Psalm 36:5-9 and prayer.

Rich Swingle opened worship describing how a little girl was shocked by what she thought was Grand Central, but it was just the anteroom. He invites the congregation to not worship their understanding of the Lord but the Lord himself.

Pastor Randy Solomon shared about his upcoming missions trip to Columbia and prayed for sermon and offering.

Rich also shared about the February 12 opening of Providence on Times Square and showed the music video by their friend Cindy Palin with scenes from the film.
