Steadfast and Faithful in Affliction

Pastor Rachel Taylor continues Wednesday night Bible study on Praise, Pray and Proclaim with a message from 2 Thess. 1:1-4.  She opened asking for examples of people who have remained steadfast and faithful in the midst of difficulty.  She refers to 1 Thess. 3:12.  Prior to the recording, the congregation shared examples of people who are steadfast and faithful to the Lord.

Embrace the Affliction!

Pastor Jim Warren encourages us to Embrace the Affliction of our current circumstances in order to allow the Lord to work His best for all involved in this message in The Word Transforms:  Applied.  The original message, preached last fall, was from Psalm 119: 65-72 while this message based on Acts 9.  Embracing affliction transforms us, refines our purpose and transforms everyone around us.
